You took the time to get to know us, our tastes, and noted the overall décor of our home. You asked us all the right questions and listened carefully as we described our vision of our dream kitchen. We knew as soon as we met you that we were in good hands.
Next, it was so much fun to work with you as you showed us your designs on your computer. Your decorating expertise was evident as you guided us through every detail and we chose everything from cabinets, and lighting to the fine details of the hardware. Next Don showed us each stainless steel appliance that would complete our updated kitchen and kindly explained every feature.
Thank you for going with us to choose just the right slab of tan-brown granite to compliment our beautiful cherry cabinets. That was an awesome experience!
The construction went just as you had described. Marco was pleasant, prompt, and dependable. He cleaned up everyday! Before we knew it, our new kitchen was taking shape.
We are so pleased with our new dream kitchen! The cherry cabinets are beautiful, trimmed like furniture. The deep sink is perfect and the fancy faucet is a real focal point. The appliances are state of the art. Each evening when the lights shine down on our new cabinets and gorgeous granite, the results are DRAMATIC!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the rest of your team for the superior job in the completion of our kitchen project! From your very capable design expertise, to the final moment of actual installation, the process was seamless! Cathy and I made several visits to your establishment with a generalized design plan. You then, took our general concepts and created a kitchen design that receives nothing but rave reviews from our family and friends who have had the chance to see its completion. Your skills in manipulating the computer design program were readily apparent. Through your computer renderings, our ability to perceive “the look” or our kitchen prior to any actual work was a great asset to our systematic progression. Your ability to offer various design and placement suggestions greatly facilitated our decision making. Your expertise in the design process created an extremely functional kitchen with great aesthetic beauty! It is the epitome of form and function!
As you know, Cathy and I postponed the actual construction of our new kitchen primarily because of fears (based upon hearing others talk about their kitchen project nightmares) to include destruction of property and lack of concern for a customer’s personal property. Well, I’ve got to say that second to your kitchen design came the wonderful installation, free of any issues with property destruction or significant disruption of our normal home functioning. I would attribute the success of this aspect of the job to [your] installer! ... Not only was his installing of the cabinets a flawless process, his understanding and completion of kitchen issues revolving around electrical, plumbing and rough construction, a major asset to the entire installation. As he will attest, I spent a great deal of time at home while he was involved with the installation. Hopefully, this was not too painful for him to tolerate. My point is, that very often, I would make subtle changes to the design plan and he was 100% accommodating, never claiming an inability to work through small changes that I was making. As annoying as this could be, he handled this with great diplomacy and acceptance! I cannot say enough good things about him and the overall realization of your kitchen plan!
Finally, I would like to comment upon my level of comfort when picking the cabinets and appliances in relationship to price point. I feel that you gave us the greatest “Bang for our Buck” in comparison to other independent companies and large box stores that we comparison shopped. At no time did you attempt to sell us something we did not necessarily need or want. Whenever the price changed for the project, it was essential to the project and needed to be done.
Again, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful experience in our kitchen installation. I hope you feel that friendship developed between you, Cathy and myself, far beyond the normal customer relationships that would normally evolve. Cathy and I feel that we’ve established a friendship going forward. As we discussed, we will soon be looking forward too remodeling our laundry/mud room for which your company will complete. Also, I have given your name as recommendation for kitchen design installation to at least five different individuals who are interested in remodeling their kitchen or bath. It’s the least I can do.
